The JE Dunn Capital Partners team worked with Lincoln Ventures to bring Moontower Phoenix to the Roosevelt Row Arts District in downtown Phoenix. The 25-story high rise apartment building features market leading amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness studio and a rooftop pool deck with incredible views of downtown Phoenix. The project was delivered in the Summer of 2023.
