Tim Dunn is an experienced Chief Investment Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. Skilled in negotiation, budgeting, risk management, strategic planning, and surety, Tim has decades of experience in the industry from both the construction management and risk side to the investment and development side. Tim holds his Masters in Entrepreneurial Real Estate from University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Michael has extensive knowledge and experience in creating and executing strategies for successful project delivery, commercial real estate development (corporate, industrial and transportation), waterfront development, development finance and multi-modal commerce.
Over the past 15 years Michael has created strategic real estate investment and development platforms which have created over $3 billion in commercial real estate finance and development, and infrastructure related projects and transactions. Such enhanced platforms have produced commercial, institutional, mixed-use riverfront development, and regional infrastructure development and Public Private Partnerships.

Mike Walden has over a decade of financial analysis, accounting and commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining JE Dunn Capital Partners, Mike began his career with Ernst & Young in the Kansas City Office.
Mike has supported all aspects of real estate investment & development since the inception in 2015. Since that time, Mike has worked closely on numerous development projects totaling over $500M in cost. Mike’s primary responsibilities include underwriting and analysis of development opportunities, working with joint venture partners and lenders and assisting with asset management.
